Exchange Only Policy
NWP prides itself on creating premium, small-batch garments — not mass-produced pieces. For this reason, we currently offer exchanges and store credit only.
Eligibility
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any returns made after this period will be considered final sale.Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with all garment tags attached and in their original packaging.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, makeup transfer, or perfume/deodorant scent will be returned to the address on your order.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your requested exchange item is not in stock, a Store Credit will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of your original purchase.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers: any customs duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
How to Request an Exchange
Email info@nwpofficial.com with:
Your order number
The item name
The size you wish to exchange for
Once your request is received, NWP will provide the Return Address.
All return shipping costs and any associated import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Shipping Responsibility
NWP cannot accept responsibility for goods that do not reach the provided Return Address.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered returns.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse:
Items shipped after the 14-day return window has passed
Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without tags
Please try on garments with care to avoid makeup transfer or scent marks.
