Exchange Only Policy

NWP prides itself on creating premium, small-batch garments — not mass-produced pieces. For this reason, we currently offer exchanges and store credit only.

Eligibility

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    Any returns made after this period will be considered final sale.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with all garment tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
    Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, makeup transfer, or perfume/deodorant scent will be returned to the address on your order.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • If your requested exchange item is not in stock, a Store Credit will be issued.

  • Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of your original purchase.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • International customers: any customs duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email info@nwpofficial.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item name

    • The size you wish to exchange for

  2. Once your request is received, NWP will provide the Return Address.

  3. All return shipping costs and any associated import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Shipping Responsibility

NWP cannot accept responsibility for goods that do not reach the provided Return Address.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered returns.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse:

  • Items shipped after the 14-day return window has passed

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without tags

Please try on garments with care to avoid makeup transfer or scent marks.
