How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with your shipping and tracking details.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately, so we’re unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Can I get a refund?

As a small, non–mass-produced brand, we do not offer refunds at this time. This approach helps us minimise waste and maintain responsible production.
However, we happily offer exchanges or store credit, which can be used toward future collections.

Do you ship internationally?

USA Specific FAQs

Will I be charged customs duties when ordering from the US?

Possibly. Orders shipped from the UK to the United States may incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by US customs and vary depending on your order value. They are payable by the customer directly to the courier before delivery.
Shipping fees from NWP do not include these duties.

Can you tell me the exact amount of duties for my order?

Unfortunately, no. Duties are calculated by US customs and NWP cannot predict or influence these charges.

Can I get a refund?

What happens if I refuse my delivery because of duties?

If a US customer refuses delivery, DHL will return the parcel to us. Any return shipping costs, duties, or associated fees will be deducted from the store credit issued.
